On Highway 57, between Frog Level and Smyrna, is the swingin'est rest stop in the state. The Pump Boys work at Jim's Gas Station, the Dinettes work at the Double Cupp Diner. When they get together after work, they blow off the roof with lively country-western rock music that will bring a smile to your face.

Audition info: Auditions for Pump Boys and Dinettes (and Steel Magnolias) will be held March 24 from 4-6:30 pm, March 25 from 6-8:30 pm at All Saints' Episcopal Church on the corner of College and Drew, Appleton. Roles for adults; 4 men and 7 women - prepare 30 seconds of a country song to sing or play or both. Actors prepare a one minute comic monologue. May be asked to read from the script and do a few dance steps.
