From the Rebel Alliance Theatre website:

"Rebel Alliance Theatre Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the live theatre experience to the Fox Valley. Our production season includes contemporary work, classic favorites, children's theater, comedy, drama, and original plays.

"At Rebel Alliance, we strive to keep the quality of our productions high; we are the only area non-profit theatre to commit ourselves to developing a professional quality acting troupe. One way we do this is by providing low-cost acting and technical training through our Workshop programs. These training programs and open audition/participation policy provides a variety of opportunities for involvement in arts-based recreation to all ages, year-round.

"We believe that live theatre has the potential to do much more than entertain: it can move human beings toward a greater understanding of one another and the world we all share."
